Je m’appuie sur une méthode rigoureuse : définition du programme, sourcing ciblé (on-market & off-market), analyse technique, organisation des visites/essais, coordination survey (expertise, mise à sec, diagnostics), sécurisation contractuelle et suivi livraison. Mon ADN est très “terrain” et technique : j’aime comprendre un bateau dans le détail (usage, équipements, maintenance, cohérence du programme) pour protéger les intérêts de mes clients et fluidifier chaque étape.
